DERMAROLLER CONCEPT used to improve WRINKLE (anti aging), SCARS-ACNE SCARS- STRETCHMARKS-HAIRLOSS, RE PIGMENTATION

DERMAROLLER is stud with 192 extreme fine needles of medical graded stainless steel with a needle length of 1.5mm and according to the applied pressure they penetrate the skin from 0.1 to 1.3mm. The DERMAROLLER has a width of 20mm with needle diameter of 0.25mm.

The body reacts to these tiny micro wounds with the distribution of the body’s-own growth factors such as fibroblasts, collagen fibers, etc. this is a normal physiological reaction called natural Collagen-Induction. One to two days after the skin starts with the production of easting collagen type I and III. The new fibers build a new collagen formation on the dermis, resulting in more collagen fiber strength and elasticity.

The non-surgical treatment takes 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the area treated. The patient may experience a mild and temporary swelling and redness for 2-3 days. After 24 hours a camouflage makeup may be applied.

Patient should be asked to wait 3 months between treatments to see the maximum new collagen deposition and to assess the success of the treatment. Depressed acne scarring will require several treatments to achieve 50% improvement in the depth of the scarring. Improvement greater than 50% is achievable but should be viewed as a bonus rather than a guarantee.
